Terms & Conditions of Instrument Sales – Musicker
Musicker must receive payment in full before any items are dispatched. Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted by Musicker are inclusive of UK tax and duty. This does not include any taxes or duties when shipping to non-EU countries. Please check with your own non-EU country customs office for further details.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once they are delivered. Unless otherwise stated delivery will be made by Courier during normal business hours. All items are fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit. Damages/shortages must be notified to Musicker within 48 hours of delivery. The charge for delivery will be determined before completion of the sale.
You may otherwise prefer to collect directly from us, if you are conveniently in our area.
Cancellations / Refunds:
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer’s account.
All items come with a minimum 12 month warranty against manufacturer defect. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties, which will be enclosed with the product.
Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 7 days of purchase. After that time and for the remainder of the warranty period, faulty goods must be returned to Musicker at the customer’s cost and liability.
For the duration of the warranty any faults due to manufacturer defect will be repaired at no charge to the customer. Once repaired, goods will be returned to a UK address at no charge. Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded at the Manager’s discretion. Faults due to misuse are not covered by any warranty.
Seven Day Returns Policy – Mail Order Sales Only !
Goods may be returned to Musicker up to 7 days after date of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided that:
1. The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials.
2. The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer’s request.
3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced. Delivery and collection charges are not refundable. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at:
Credit Card Security:
We use a secure server for all credit card payments. Therefore your credit card details are not held by Musicker or on any web site. We accept the following over the phone and in person:
VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already included in the price stated on the website.
Musicker does not disclose customer information to third parties.
Any data collected by this site, by phone or in person, is used only to:
1. Take and fulfill customer orders.
2. Administer and enhance the site and service.
3. Name and address information is disclosed to third-parties (Business Post) for delivery purposes only.
